The Government of Pakistan has laid down rules under the Immigration Act.
Documents Required by Immigration and Protector Department of Pakistan Based on the above the following documents are required:
- Power of Attorney.
- Demand letter clearly specifying the Terms of Employment.
Note: The Power of Attorney should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce, the Pakistan Embassy in a host Country, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the respective government.
Visa Procedure (Endorsement):
The Government of Pakistan has laid down rules under the Immigration Act, Manpower Recruitment on behalf of (Overseas Manpower Recruitment Company)
Based on the above the following documents are required:
- Power of Attorney (E-Wakala for Kingdom Saudi Arabia Only).
- Demand letter clearly specifying the Terms of Employment.
Note: The Power of Attorney (Wakala) should be ONLINE and other Documents attested by the Chamber of Commerce, Pakistan Embassy in the host Country, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the respective government.
